IF you win your disibility case do I understand this right? you would get back pay for ssdi AND ssi?:confused:

No, you would only receive one or the other. If you receive any SSI during the time you were applying for disabiliy, they would take that out of your backpay. So you can only receive one SSDI or SSI.
