Hi everyone.. I just had the cryosurgery done yesterday and I was just wondering - I have been with my boyfriend for a long time, and we are planning on getting married. If I want to have children in the furture, can I get reinfected and have to go through all of this again if I have sexual intercourse? I know the virus never fully leaves my body, but if the tissue with the abnormal cells were frozen off with the cryosurgery, and I have intercourse with my boyfriend (whom I assume also has the virus now) will I have to have the cryosurgery again because he gave me more abnormal cells? Im so confused..my doctor wasnt very clear when I asked him. Thanks for your help!
