i'm -6.50 in both eyes with mild atigmatism, have worn glasses since i was 10 and now i'm 25 years old and lead an active healthy lifestyle and just wondered is my vision just gonna get worst and worst?, already can't see a thing without my glasses and contacts, its just a blurry mess!

Myopia usually settles down in the mid-twenties. Have you had a prescription change lately?

yes by -0.50 and now astigmatism in my right eye as well.
