Hello,

deleted

I have the opportunity to take the MRI course which would be paid by the hospital. I enjoy the different aspects of my job and am scared that the MRI might be a little too monotone for me. I like to move and be challenge by my job. Will the MRI offer diversity from day to day or does it become a dull experience after a couple of years??

Thank you for answering!!:)

I don't consider it monotone.

You work more closely with the radiologists and learn so much. If your hospital offers to pay for the course, JUMP on it! MRI techs also get paid more than X-ray techs. If you like a challenge, learning the principles of MRI would be right up your alley. It is so technical. I find my job very rewarding.

Hello gen,

Who knows what the future holds; from tech to radiologist someday.

It could happen; just keep your options open.

Take care.
