Hello ladies,

I am not sure if you any female luvox takers know this already, but I thought I would just post this just in case. I was having some breast health problems, this unexplainable discharge. After communicating with the ob/gyn, but first going through tests and everything...she said that Luvox is causing the discharge! I couldn't believe it, I try to read up everything on Luvox, but I never saw breast discharge mentioned, but it is a relief to know the cause of this. She didn't say to stop taking it...I hope this helps.

Wow.. thanks for sharing that with us. I have been on Luvox for 10 years and never ever had that happen...but that is great to know that in case it does. What did they say to do for it? Is it painful? I hope you feel better if it is painful....thanks again for sharing... by the way...how have you found Luvox to help you? I love it!

Hello purplegirl,

I have been on it for about ten years, too and this is the first time it happened, it is not painful most of the time, because of ocd I check for discharge all the time, and sometimes I am not so gentle with myself, that is when it becomes painful. Thanks for your kind thoughts. Luvox has been really doing well for me, but lately I'm afraid there is this sort of change, I don't if my OCD is getting worse or the Luvox is no longer effective...but I am having a very hard time, my ruminations and obsessions are pretty bad and this has never happened while on Luvox, so I am not really sure what is going on. I can't wait to see my doctor and figure it out. I was on zoloft and I really have always perferred Luvox. I am glad it is working for you and hopefully will continue to do its job!
