Visualise your stomach acid dissolving the morsel in question into nothing. It no longer exists anywhere at all.

Just Remind Yourself It Is Ocd.. Because Truthfully, Not Much Else Will Make You Feel Better. If You Ask Why Not? Because You Have Ocd...lol... Truth!!! This To Shall Pass, If You Are Like Me, Usually It Will Pass By Another Obsession Taking Its Place.
I Have To Say - My Therapist Does Say To Exagerate The Situation...embellish And Make It Sound Soooo Unbelievable...like The Post Before, You Ate That, And It Was Poop.. And Now You Have Poop In You, And Ya Know, You Probably To Get Rid Of It In Your Poop, So Now It Is Stuck Inside You Forever, Lol... Come On How Silly Does That Sound....lol, Right?

Yeah, that does sound far-fetched when you put it like that. I can so relate. My obsessions are usually replaced by new ones as well (Is that common for ocders?). But for some reason, this one is hanging around. I guess because the thought is so disgusting to me. I just have to keep reminding myself that it's an ocd thought. I've given it so much credence, I've lost sight of what's rational or irrational though.
