Hi I received SSI and was living with my parents, they too out 200 some odd dollars and let me with 415.00 per month for living with my parents, HOWEVER I now am living with my girlfriend (she only lives here part time) I pay the rent with my little 400 buck check and she pays everything else. *I know I can get a maximum of 600 and something per month for SSI. How can I do this? Who do I need to call Social security? I don't want it taken away all from me. My lease list my name only and I pay 400 a month for rent, what do I tell them or how do I tell them how the other bills (light water..etc) is getting paid, tell them my girlfiend or my parents or what? Thanks for your advice!
