i really cant decided whether to do a test or not!
as is due today, and i normally wake up with bad cramps, and am a bit of a b** for a few days before. I have been really nice lately (so dh says!!)
and no cramps!
should i wait till tommrrow or do a test?

hey!
I would test today because I have no will power and I am very impatient! But, if you don't want to use a hpt too soon, you can wait a few more days until you are really late. Good luck!
I tested this am because af is still a no show--BFN!
I am out. I figured if I wasn't going to get af, I figured a bfp would have shown up by now. My cycle must be all off from my ectopic a few months ago.

Rachel - me too!!!! I tested today, Neg...guess just coming at the latest day of my cycle... oh well, will try ovulation test this month......

nope, no AF... but did 2 tests this morning, both BFN.... today is day 34...by thur.. that is day 37 that is the latest for me.. that would be late.....so nerveracking!!!!!

i've been sitting around all day waiting for af - turns out im actually one day late!!!
my diary starts on sundays!! (you can tell i dont use it very often!!) did a test earlier - BFN, so will do one in the morning, what a blonker hey

me too......ahhh but can it be negative now and then be positive another day or two? It is weird...I don't really feel like I am going to get it...but i really think if I was pregnant it would have shown up on the test...my cramps are diff. than AF cramps.. they kept me up all last night..

Well, sounds like we have a few ladies with promising symptoms.....I am wishing all of you ladies luck and baby dust! Keep posting...
I was supposed to get AF today (I also always get it in the am) and nothing has shown up yet. So I am feeling still a little hopeful. I think I will wait til tomorrow am to test. I don't feel pms-y either which is strange because I am usually a Biyacth too.

Yes, Fingers Crossed. I Stayed Home Today From Work Because I Felt Soo Tired. I Have Been Sleeping Alot More Lately Too. As Of Now, No Af Yet...who Knows... Good Luck To Everyone... We Need More Bfp In Here!!!!!!!!!!!

My last period was either on July 21 or 22 ( I believe, I was not keeping track) This was my first one since my ectopic in April/May. So, typically I have always been pretty much a 28-29 cycle gal. Now, the dr. had said when I went in for my u/s on 8/8 I had already ovulated. What I don't know is how long my luteal phase typically is. If I ovulated on 8/7, and my lp is 16 days, then I am not late and should get af around 8/23. Typically, your lp is always constant between 12-16. Maybe I just ovulated later this time around. I have NO idea.:confused: :confused: Although, I should think that I am in the game until af shows, it is rather difficult to remain hopeful because of my BFNs.

I Know.. I Hope We Get Some Bfp In Here... Although I Did Take 2 Tests Today, Both Bfn..but No Af Yet..tomorrow Is Day 35 And By 36 I Usually Get, At The Latest.. Usually Have It By Now...i Won't Be Able To Check My Email Until Wed. Late At Night.. Won't Be Home Tom. Night And Will Be Home Late Wed. Night, So For The Next 2 Days.... I Wish Everyone The Best Of Luck!!!!! I Hope No One Gets Af In Here.....

hi ya. its not looking good. i had a BFN with morning sample. i felt really sick last night, actually thought i might vomit! i have been up for about half an hour now and i have stomach cramps! af cramps normally make me stop what i am doing and hold my stomach till it goes away(bit like labour pains) but these are just dull and uncomfortable. im still hoping though! my last af was on July 22 so i am one or two days late.
what is luteal phase? i have read it on the net, but couldn't find out what it is!!

well I'm keeping my fingers crossed for all of you.. still no sign of AF for me either and the syptoms are still going strong....I can't even stand the thought of red wine now and that it very weird for me!

Lutal phase is the day ovulation to the first day of your period. It is usually 12-16 days. The average is 14 days. So, if you have a 29 day cycle with a 14 day lutal phase, you would ovulate on day 15.

does the test have to be the first pee of the day? I was not supposed to be home tonight, but plans cancelled... I tested just before (BFN)....is there a difference?

hey there..I always wondered about the FMU and hpts. I suppose FMU is the best sample because your body as built up the hcg hormone overnight (meaning you have the highest concentration of it in your urine) However, I wouldn't think that matters too much if af is already late. Who knows though... you are still in the game, remember that! BFP BFP BFP come on BFP!!!! No af=still in the game;)

it can make a difference.
with dd i tested faint pos in the morning, did another test in the sfternoon to confirm, it was bfn, so sent dh to shops for a dig, which was bfp.
morning sample is because you havent diluted your pee with drinks, or been to the loo for a good few hours.
