A few of you take B6 along with Keppra to help with side effects. Curious if it is drowsiness that is one of your side effects?
How much B6 do you take?
Thanks in advance

Yes,when I was on 3000 mg. a day,I had to take almost a
2 hour nap everyday.I tried the B6 and it didn't do anything
for me.The Keppra did not control my seizures either,so I
am only taking 250 mg. a day.Not as tired now, but,it works
like a sleeping pill,I am asleep half an hour after taking the med.
Take care,Sherri

My husband takes B-1 which is supposed to be an anti-seizure vitamin to go with his Dilantin and Keppra. He was told to take it when he first had seizures. Interesting that B-6 wasn't mentioned at the time.
