I had my MRI results today, I cant remember exactly what it said but to cut it short I have 3 abnormal lumbar discs with loss of signal intensity and height, could anyone tell me what this means as I'm in lots of pain, what are the options for treatment, Ive already had 6 months of physio.

Just noticed you didnt get a reply, dont really know but sounds abit like DDD
Disc Degeneration disease, could be totally wrong,..... another word for ware and tear, some recommend a fusion, dont want to totally freak you out others will reply you know more about it. Have you your appointment soon with your Neuro or ortho soon?
