I have been one of the many or few people who usually do not have breakouts...and I know what causes mines...it is STRESS.
I try not get stressed out especially by my actions, but somethng in my body reacts and here comes the OB. I am having them on my behind twice in the last 3 weeks and today I am itching like crazy in the upper crack of my behind. Dang. I have been stressing on finding a job, getting repairs done to my car and today my husband mentioned that he is may be going away for the weekend with his buddy. I won't go into that here..that needs to be in the relationship. But why am I breaking out on my behind so much this month.

Shanlo you sound just like me when it comes to a job and car problems lol, the only difference is you have a husband and I don't but anyway, I have no idea why you are breaking out but, like you said it might be stress. I know that is what usually cause my obs besides sex.

I would guess that it is stress. Your post sounds quite stressed, so I'm assuming that is the underlying cause. You may be stressing out when you get an outbreak which causes subsequent outbreaks. It's a never-ending cycle!! Have you thought about starting a medication such as Valtrex? You may also want to check in to herbal relaxation supplements. Just make sure they don't make you sleepy!! Have you called your doctor? They may have some advice. Good luck!
