i found out last fall i have FM.
I've noticed off and on over the past year in the morning when iam trying to wake up i have a weird sensation in the back of my neck.
i will call it twitching for lack of a better word.
At first i thought maybe i was having a seizure...but iam not.
You think your heart rate is up, but it's not.
When you feel the back of your neck it feels weird inside for only a few months.
Anyone else experiencing this issus?

I occasionally get this and also I get it in the shoulder.
You're right, it is hard to explain and as yet the doc is at a loss as to what it is.
I guess it's just another one of those little oddoties that FM throws at us.
