My cycles are 29-32 days on average. The longest in the past six months has been 36. However, that was delayed due to a medication I was taking. I am currenlty on day 30 which means my period could start anywhere from today through Friday. I have read several posts where women are feeling symptoms, have no AF, and are getting BFN. The only symptom I have is fuller breasts. My boobs are slightly tender to the touch every now and then. It isn't consistant. I don't have backache, frequent urination, cramping, the usual suspects. I usually get symptoms 3-7 days before AF. Since I don't have them, I am wondering if I ovulated later than I thought. The week I was supposed to ovulate, I took my last pill of Cipro 500 which was for a bladder infection. According to the pharmacist, this wouldn't affect conception. I have taken two tests, both BFN. I don't think I am pg this time around, but I hate playing the guessing game.
Anyone else have a lack of symptoms with a bfn?

that is what is happening with me!!! I am on CD32 and I never ever get my af late but i keep getting bfn's. I am so over it at this point! I might go get a blood test by tomorrow if nothing has shown up yet!!

My sister told me my AF is not coming because I am thinking about this and getting pregnant sooo much, lol.. could be the case?? stress can make it later? I am hoping because I am preg. :) but I really don't think so. My boobs are killing me though but also usually do before AF...cramps... but get that before AF, backache, get that too before AF, headache, get that too before AF.. so no clue!

ugggg..girls. I feel your pain and frustration you are all going through! Something needs to happen, right!:confused:
purplegirl- From what I have read, stress can cause you to ovulate later thus causing you to have your period later. After ovulation until your period is always roughly 12-16 for every woman. This is the Luteal Phase of your cycle. So, I wouldn't worry about stress causing you to be late now especially if you have already ovulated. :D :D :D

I feel for all of you. I don't have any new signs to post and I still haven't had AF. I will test on Friday or Saturday if it doesn't start by Friday.

Oh my gosh...the sage continues...I am in CD33 (I am never over 31 or haven't been for the last 18 months) and then today I woke up with awful af cramps and thought my af was here. Turns out she's not. I did get a BFN yesterday...what is going on????

Same here, day 36, today is the last day, tom. is late... cramps, naseaus, blue veins all over my chest, arm, since tonight.. BFN???

Today is day 32. I do have a few things to report. My boobs are sore, not just tender to the touch, and swollen. I am very irritable. I about snapped my husband's head of last night. This morning, I about gagged brushing my teeth. However, still no frequent urination, backache or cramping. I also felt a little nauseaus this morning, but I think it was because I was hungry. I refuse to test until Saturday because I don't want to waste money on a BFN. Saturday will be day 34, which is high for me. If I don't have AF by day 40 and still get BFN, I will schedule a blood test.

I am in similar boat. NO AF, all BFN's...but tom. is 2 days late, boobs hurt soo bad and have lots of light blue veins since yesterday all over body, esp. in boobs...headache, some cramps, bloated, very tired..., but could also be all symptoms of getting AF so don't know...

Dear Diary,
I have not lost nor gained any symptoms. Well, I have had some bleeding gums while brushing my teeth. However, I think that is due to finally buying dental floss a few months after my son ran off with the last box. I am currently on day 33. I will test tomorrow if AF is a no show. However, at this point, after two negatives, I am not very optimistic. Although, I am not out until AF calls strike 3. I have had longer cycles before, so this could be one of those off cycles. However, I usually have cramping before. With my son, I knew I was pregnant because I had all my PMS minus the cramping (even though the first few tests wer negative). Right now, the only PMS sign I have is sore boobs. I am getting tired of this witch, aka AF, messing with my body. I wish she would either show up or let me be for the next 9 months or so. :cool:

ok, today is day 38, officially 2 days late, all tests stil BFN... so annoying, sore boobs, little naseaus, lots of blue veins, very bloated, lower abdominal cramping...but can the urine HPT still say Neg. if I am preg? I am getting discourged... and thinking I am jsut very late?

I hear ya! Day 34, also 2 days late. I took a digital test this morning and it was "not pregnant." My boobs are starting to get less sore. I think I am a little crampy, but I am starting to wonder if it is my mind playing tricks on me. No other symptoms. I am also discouraged! I am just as jealous as the women with AF as I am with the BFP. At least they are closer to trying again. I was nauseous yesterday, but not today. I am dizzy every now and then though. For instance, sometimes when I stand up I have to take a few seconds to catch myself. I just wish AF would hurry up and get here so we can start round 2.

Let's see, where should I start. Still no AF. My boobs are very very sensitive to the touch. Normally before AF, they only hurt on the outsided. My whole boob hurts on both sides. I was cramping this morning, but it went away after I went to the bathroom. I am very very irritable. I was on the verge of ripping off heads this morning. My back was a little achey earlier, but nothing now. I also about choked to death on my toothbrush.
I just called my DO's office. I was told that the antiobitic could cause a delay but shouldn't. I was also told to wait five more days and take another HPT if I don't get AF.
This is worse than the 2ww!

oooh keep us posted!!! We need an BFP!!! Next Thur.. hubby and I get to start to TTC, for the first real month, I am soooo excited. I also am going to use an ovulation kit just to make sure we "do it" ha ha right...lol

I am jealous. I wish AF would get her so I can TTC soon. I am not to optimistic that I am pregnant. I will test again Thursday morning before my doctor's appointment. I am going in to have a few small moles looked at. My husband thought they looked a little darker than usual.
