Well once again I have commited to getting in shape this year. First I had 6 months until summer, still didnt do it, then 8 weeks before I left for the beach, still didnt. Hopefully 3rd times a charm.
Im about to start a new job and in 6 weeks will be moving into my first house. I made this kind of a mini-goal to be in shape intime for a big housewarming party the beginning of October. With the job I wont be able to hit the gym as often (was going everyday, sometimes twice) but hopefully it'll keep me from staying around the house eating all day and i'll have less of an opportunity to drink at night.
Im 25 male and have been hovering 195-200 for a while. I do lift weights and do cardio alot, but my diet mostly slows me down. No will power, espeically that my friends dont care to work out and dont care what they eat or drink. Im not concerned with the number, just would like to lose my gut and my face is noticably fatter than about a year or so ago. I was wondering if anyone had good tips or was just getting started themselves.
Thanks in advance.
