I now have a new symptom that is bugging me.
I have noticed for the past couple of days when I lay down or even sitting in a chair, my left lower leg(calf) has been getting a icy cold feeling in it that just lasts a few seconds. It feels like ice has been on it, it is so cold. It is always in the same spot. I have a herniated disk in my lower back. I wonder if this is what is causing it.
Anyone else ever have this?

Hi,
Yeah girl, it probably is. Herniated disks can cause interuptions in circulation and stuff and that can cause the area to be cold. Ouch, I am sorry to know you have one.
