Hi,

I was curious to know if anyone out there has ever applied for social security benefits in MA. I'm new to FM and have been battling both this and post concussion syndrome for 10 months now. I applied for benefits the first of April and have not heard anything as of yet. They say the decision process usually takes 60-90 days. From reading previous posts here I'm perceiving that some states are more difficult than others. Just curious how mine is...

Don't know about your state in particular, but I do know that no matter where you live the SSD is always gonna need a little push and in most cases, a SHOVE..

Stay on them and don't give up or they will give up on you.. They are hoping you will just let it go.. Let them know diplomatically, that you have no intentions of doing so!!

Good Luck..

Lisa
