I have been taking Nexium for about 4 years, recently been taking two a day. I am still having a terrible time with this reflux! It feels like it is constantly sitting in my throat and chest. Can anyone tell me what PPI's work for them?
Thanks!

I take zantac 75 otc right before bed and I find it has worked a lot better for me than Nexium. I also use a bedge pillow at night and I noticed a big improvement after using that for 2 weeks.

Hi,
I had same thing, Nexium also stopped working for me. Went back onto
Ranitidine 150 mg twice a day. The evening tablet take at about 9 pm.
Going to bed I take 15 ml: gaviscon mixed with a small amount of milk.
I am now returning to ' normal '. Have just had a really bad time, apart from the heartburn/reflux/throat/voice problems I also had gastritis.
Now awaiting blood results for H. pylori. You never know that might just be well making things worse.
