Has anyone had success with the vitamin cocktail Alpha Lipoic Acid, Evening Primrose Oil (EPO), and Vitamin C. to cure numbness?

I have heard stories and read about the oils regenerating nerve ending Fluids yadda yadda, I Found no difference in my condition when trying them. Probably doesn't hurt to take them.

I use Cymbalta and it does a Ok job of taking the edge off the pain. It seems to help blanket the numbness.

As For Balance? If your on heavy doses of Neurotin your Balance will be worse than without it. I hated it.....

Cymbalta is much better, but balance problems can still be present. A good walking stick is a must so you can walk as much as possible.
Cymbalta can also give you a much better more positive outlook for you and living with your condition.
