Hi - I have been having what I assumed were indoor allergies for a few years now. They developed suddenly (I'm 30) and I never had anything like this as a child. The strange thing is that I have no stuffy nose or other nasal symptoms, so I am never sure what advice applies to me and what doesn't. My major symptoms are: crackly and full ears, postnasal drip, and headache. Sometimes I think it is a sinus headache, but I'm not sure. Claritin seems to help some, but not always. Anyone else experienced this? Any idea what I might be allergic to?

That pretty much sounds like me. I haven't confirmed that its an allergy yet but my ENT seems to think so and I'm going for an indoor allergy test as soon as I get over this cold that I have. I'll let you know if it's an allergy for me!
