I have had a numbness feeling in my left foot for 3 weeks now it is not traveling up my towards my shin. It doesn't go away even when I sleep at night. Can anyone help me on wondering what's going on or should I just buck it up and go see a dr?

I just found out the top of the foot is the pereneol (sp?) nerve. My foot is completely numb on top with sharp stabbing type pains sometimes.

Buck up and get to a doc.
