I am presently on Strattera 80 mg, however find that I am exhausted and tend to sleep a great deal. Do have hypertension, but not severe. Doc says to exercise, the option of that vs falling asleep with a good book ..... well guess what wins out.
I have been wondering if a stimulant type med would help to get the motor running. Trouble is I live in Mexico and am regarded as having one of those 'gringo' type of illnesses. However all meds except those of controlled substances are OTC.
If there are any other ex-pats out there, please dive in.

When are you feeling fatigued and tired?

Could this a medical condition, rather than the ADD related fatigue?

You could ask your doctor to prescribe you Modanfinil/ Progivil for excessive daytime sleepiness, yet please have your fatigue examine first by a doctor...

oldbadcat,

Another possibility is you are experiencing a common Strattera side effect. For most the sleepiness goes away after a few weeks. I have heard it can take a few months for some.
