Hi everyone, I'm 27 years old, 5'5" and currently 176 lbs. I want to get down to 125 by the begining of February next year and I've kind of made up my own diet - carbs for morning/lunch only, no sugar, no white flour, etc. I still have A LOT of cravings though for Mexican food, crap like that. The first 2 week phase of the South Beach diet is designed to get rid of carb and sugar cravings by eliminating all fruit, bread, cereal, etc. I was wondering if anyone has done South Beach and noticed that their cravings were reduced, or anyone who has an opinion on if they think it would work to reduce cravings. Personally, I think avoiding all carbs like that would make me go insane just in the first 24 hours! Any input would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
