So I have Crohn's and was just wondering what foods people have identified are "NO-Foods" for them. I understand everyones Crohn's is different...just thought it might be cool to see which foods are on all our lists.

For me I have only identified these as foods that will ALWAYS give me problems;

Popcorn
Heavy Cream Sauces

Suspect Foods:
Peanut Butter
Spicy Foods

Hi Kurt

I have noticed that pasta and rice affects me and my crohn's.

Also foods high in sugar, my digestive system cannot seem to convert these so i get alot of bloatedness with it. Also the pasta causes me pain.

Alot of people say they can eat fish but for some reason, this is definitely a no go food for me.

At the moment I am having a rough time with my crohn's so I have been told to take fortisip, which is a nutrient drink to help with my weight loss.

Hi Kurt,

It's been 20+ years since I have been diagnosed with Crohn's. Like the previous poster said that every one is different here is what bothers mine.

Raw fruit and vegetables. Especially things with skins and seeds.

Spicy foods

Dairy products

Buns with seeds on them

Hope this helps a little. I'd be interested to see what bothers yours. If you have anymore questions please feel free to ask me okay.
