I started dieting and exercizing a few weeks ago and have already gone down 2 pants sizes. However, I don't seem to be losing much weight. I am really disappointed. I know I am getting into shape, feeling better and reducing my size but I thought I would be losing some weight.

I know that muscle weighs more than fat so I assume my body was so out of shape that I am building up some fundamental muscle tissue. I was paralyzed for a while, lost muscle tone, turned to flab and gained a lot of weight. This was 5 years ago and it has taken me this long to regain enough health to get active and of course the paralysis hindered my progress for a long time. Due to the paralysis my muscles turned to goo. 5 years later I'm not only walking but hey ya'll,...I'm working out!

I'm so excited to get in shape and lose weight. Just need some jump starts and I think the body wrap will help.

Thoughts? Experiences?
