Anyone take this? If so, are you suppose to chew this or swallow it?

Directions do not indicate how to take. Just says take one daily.

I take it with a glass of water in the morning, the Digestive Advantage I have for gas works that way, so I think the one for IBS is the same.

My doctor told me that the ingredients are the same as eating yogurt and much cheaper....
