For all of you that have read my previous posts...and those who have not..
Upon recieving the ALJ hearing decision"unfavorable" I was at first in shock!The letter not only minimized the medical evidence,but my testominy as well.
There are exhibts of DR's records etc...Out of all DR's I have seen in 3 yrs...The last Yr has been the most proving as far as symptoms and diagnoisis.
The past yr's medical evidence..and the DR'S report were not included
Or omitted by the judge.! And yes I have a lawyer!
I am so frustrated.My intial letter of the hearing was to be a woman judge on video conference.Last minute DR records were sent to her.
Then the day of the hearing a male judge was there in person!
I wonder if he actually had all the records.
The denial stated i was told COPD by DR L
The DR's name they gave was my Rheumy whose evidience was never stated anywhere else in the hearing. The DR who said Copd treated me Jan 07 her name started with a J.
I asked to see my records while waiting for the hearing...was told the lawyer had them.She was in another hearing! Now to appeal??
With the same lawyer???

OHHH maybelle! I am sooo sorry to hear this.. :mad: I would get another lawyer then talk to him about filing an on the spot decission. geeze! they make it near impossible ot win your case..like you dont have it hard enough already!!

Sorry to hear this decision Maebelle and all that took place. In my opinion i would not hesitate to get a different attorney immediately.
