Hi, first time on this board. I have alot of pain & swelling in upper torso/thoracic left side primarly, having to take so many meds to contol the muscle spasms & pain, so I am not on anything for inflammtion, funny thing doctors have all said as long as you have inflammation you will have pain, but nothing seems to get rid of the inflammation, not even steroids for long. So I am not on anything fo inflammation, motrin when I am desperate, but hurts stomach bad. So anyone take MSM or know anything about it? I have heard it helps inflammation, & I am willing to try just about anything that will help get control of this pain. I also heard it is very safe to take, & also along with other meds. Any opinions or advice would be wonderful, Thanks, Sammy
