I was diagnosed with dry eye 4 weeks ago and was pleased to be told that's what it was, as I was seriously worried what was going on. Eye Dr said 2 healthy eyes, so not all bad news I suppose.
I've been using moisturiser drops which are working pretty well. Still got tired eyes and a few niggles but 80% better. In fact was thinking today, they've been so much better..... then.......tonight after getting myself uspet about another issue and crying my eyes out, I had some of the worst stabbing pains yet. Only one bout and settled now, but wondered if others have found crying does that to them. I've also been on PC for a few hours writing, and heating going in house which I suspect doesn't help either.
I put my dry eye down to menopause - such a great thing to happen to us women!
Any words of comfort gratefully accepted.
