Is it normal to have body aching like in the shoulders? My tongue and throat have been somewhat numb all morning and I just feel "blah" today. I'm having trouble with my vision too, in that it feels like there is a thin cover over my eyes. I also have a headache again today.

Sounds to me like you are having an exacerbation. If I were you I would call my neuro, maybe get solumedrol.
My shoulders ache a lot. Tension really sets in there and my neck. I have found acupuncture really helps with that.
