I found a product online called creme de la femme. I couldn't find it locally so I had to order it. It is a natural, glycerin free, hormone free product. You might want to look into Bio-Identical hormone vaginal cream. HTH!

marla20,

Vaginal dryness is when your vagina is no longer naturally producing the mucus that allows for easy and pleasurable intercourse. When my hormones got too low, intercourse felt like my vagina was being scoured with sandpaper. KY-Jelly doesn't help. Some women may have an easier transition than others. Not to scare you or anything. :)

redsands,

I use a vaginal cream that has estrogen in it. Ask your gynocologist. It can be used by people who cannot take estrogen pills or patches because of their risk factors (family history of heart problems or breast cancer, etc). The estrogen in the vaginal cream stays local, and doesn't affect the rest of the body. It works wonders. I have also seen someone post that they use olive oil in the vagina.

I tried the synthetic & natural hormones but even the vaginal cream in very low dose still caused me to have migraines & seizures. It is wonderful if you can use it.
