Has anyone has any success with acutane in treating Ocular Rosacea?
I've been on Doxicycline for almost 2 years.It gives me some relief.
I thought maybe the acutane would dry up the discharge but if it overly dries out the eyes, it could make it worse.

I got dry eye from taking Accutane 2.5 years ago and still ot this day have the problem. I have heard it can be used to treat ocular rosacea, but be very cautious if you already have dry eyes!!
