I don't know where else to go about a low wbc. My count was 3.9 and the range for this lab is 4.0 - 10.0 I believe. I know it starts at 4.0. My nurse said that this was normal and that I need not worry but I still am. Would they want to see me if they were concerned? When I didn't get a blue note in the mail I called to see if my results were in. I'm a worrier and the nurse said my note was in the mail but she proceeded to tell me all my results and everything was normal and then she said my wbc was a little low and when I freaked she said it was nothing and that I am fine. If they thought it was something more like leukemia or HIV they would say so right???
