It's two weeks that I have been on meridia. I have not weighed. I am afraid to. I am afraid that I haven't lost anything. I know that if I haven't I will be sooooo disappointed I will say what the h*** and eat this weekend. I am going to visit my sister and it is always hard to diet when you are on vacation. My cloths do not feel any different. I have been staying around 1300 cals. low carb. I am getting in at least a little exercise each day. I have back problems and are on meds for it, but it is still hard some days.

I still feel very hungry during the day. I eat fruit if I just can't take it anymore. I have been trying to stick more to the Mediterranean diet.

Hi there.
I have been on Meridia for about 17 days now. In the first week, i lost 5 pounds eating about 1200 calories and working out 5 days. However, i have been doing the exact same thing for the past 2 weeks, and have lost nothing further. I understand your frustration. Im afraid to weight myself now too.

hi,
Yes Mam you hang in there you have to you just have to.;)

Going low calories is hard but if you have did that for two weeks now, I'm betting you have lost....just because your clothes don't feel like you did..you did..lol...just watch the fruits, you may get hungry after your meals but if you eat to much fruits that makes it harder,(to much natural sugar) Anywayz after all my calories are allowed for the day, I do get hungry at night, What I do I peel a apple... quarter it up and put some peanut butter on the peises maybe add some cool whip, or have a little sugar free jello, that maybe cheating a little bit but its better than having a 300 calorie snack...and its satisfying...also I drink a lot of Crystal Light, my favorite is Ice tea, but it comes in numerous flavors..0 calories, they come in the handy packetts, you can take them on the go.
Also if you can ''up your exercise'' that too will curb your apitite.
Just hang in there girl you can do it.
