Ok,
Here is the deal. I went and had a phsyical done. They didnt find anything unusual, so here is where I get confused...
These are the general symptoms I have: fatigue (all the time, I joke that I am narcoleptic cuz I am tired and can just fall asleep when I sit down), abdomen pain (kinda comes and goes, hurts the worst when I lay down at night), my mom says I am losing weight (that is just becuse I am busy during the day and dont eat a lot), headaches, nausea that comes and goes (ususally first thing in the morning, but can hit anytime), minor aches and pains that come and go, and irritability (that happens a lot)...
Any suggestions? I know that we are not doctors, but even my doctor didnt really find anything worth mentioning obviously, because he didnt, and I dont know where to go from here...

Hi Jenn, try and get bloods done for thyroid disorder, you could check out symptoms for hyper and hypothyroidism see how many symptoms you tick. But there are many things this could be so it is best to check things out properly with a doctor. L

How old are you? I figure if you are menopause age surely doc would check for that. Being messed up on hormones can cause everything you are mentioning.
also, Lyme Disease, but usually Lyme will flare up and then go away for awhile then you have another flare up. so definitely check for that.
