I've had floaters for a few years now, but only recently am experiencing flashes. Is there ANY CURE for this stuff? Any surgery, any medications, any herbal remedies to get rid of floaters/flashes?

Thanks,

JRT007

I have had floaters for years and sometimes they go away , but sometimes I have more with age , just a part of life . I have heard they do surgery for floater, but don't know too much about it though . What kind of flashes ? Light of what . that could be many things .

I can't remember what my dr called the flashes. I get those a lot and sometimes they get rather annoying. The floaters are actually dead cells in your eyes that you loose before new ones grow back. Some people have the very privlege of not seeing them--then there are those of us that do! It's nothing wrong with us--it's just we're special!!!
