I admit I have not always eaten the healthiest. In high school I ate A LOT. But I am 18 and a freshman in college now. I have, NO fat on my arms or legs, its all in my tummy and neck! I am not fat by all means, but would like a lot to have abs, and not so much of two chins, one would be nice. Does anyone have tips on what to do to lost tummy fat, and neck fat? or lose fat at all. I read somewhere that replacing pastas and other thick foods like that with fruit gives you almost the same effect but fruit has good calories and carbs that burn faster. I have been eating a lot more fruit, and drinking more water as to help with the fat sticking. Does anyone have a good work out to get rid of fat, tips for raising my metabolism, and things I can eat to help this out. I just want to slim up around the tummy, get some abs and lose that neck fat. Please help
