Hi I am a 26 year old female, proud mother of three and a homemaker, about a year ago I went out drinking with friends, as a going away for soldiers deploying drank one to many and had to be driven home, I woke up 2 hours later to realize my ex hadnt gotten home and realized my entire body was shaking and couldnt stop I also felt really cold. I kind of blew that off, until lately It started with what i related to poor circulation, with the tingling and numbing in my arms and legs, I could cross my legs for 133 seconds and they would be numb and when i uncrossed I got that tingling feeling that said they were sleeping or sometimes it would happenjust from sitting in the recliner with my legs elevated, then came headaches I got one everyday for about 2 weeks then they just went away and come and go, but the shaking started when the headaches did only difference is it doesnt stop, they gave me hydroxyzine for anxiety to stop the shaking until they can try to find a diagnosis, however it works unless I get very active, we are moving into another house because mildew started growing on a wall in a room we keep closed off, so I may have moved three boxes to the garage not heavy and I was shaking again, the pills couldnt stop it at this point also if i smoke the shaking comes thru the pills. The pharamcist said to take a vitamin B complex vitaminso I have been for about a week, Im really scared here they took blood to check my thyroid but it came back fine Im waiting for the neurologist but need to know what is the worst I need to expect from these symptoms, what could it be???

Hy Jodie,
There are many conditions that can cause the shaking, from Multiple Sclerosis to some muscular disordres. But try not to stress out too much about it because that will probably make things worse. You are already being checked for it, so try not to be too worried about this and relax, after all being at ease will make your condition milder.
