I have just read mark pimmental's book called "A new solution for IBS" and he mentions vivonex, a food-replacement you can take for three weeks to rid your bowel of bacteria. Eating is driving me crazy at the moment and I'm feelin too ill to stay sane. I feel like taking something like this for three weeks will just help me see the wood from the trees. Does anybody know where in the UK I can get hold of this? Or does it go by another brand name in the UK?
