Hi Everyone

A little bit about myself.

I'm 32 years of age and this will be my 3rd time of trying to quit smoking (3rd time lucky hey!)

1st time I quit for 6 weeks and 5 days at the age of 28, can't even remember why I started smoking again  but I did

2nd time I quit for 3 months at the age of 31. Started again due to BIL having a serious motorbike accident and was in ICU for 2 weeks. :( , so my head was all over the place.

So now I am back trying to quit for the 3rd time. Just had my last smoke 20 minutes ago (12.40am UK Time), got my 10mg patch ready for morning with alot of determination.

If I don't do it now I will never do it......wish me luck

Good luck Evonne! You have done it before & you can do it again. I also officially quit again today. No more sneaking one here & there!

I also relapsed last year after my MIL shattered her femur & spent a week in the hospital. I don't handle stress very well. :)

Again, good luck & keep posting!
