I have been exercising and counting calories since January. I am 159cm and weighed in at 14stone 2lbs in Jan. About a month ago I got down to 11 stone. I am now 10 stone 11lbs but am stuck there! I exercise 1 hour 30 mins cardio full out sweat breaking stuff every single day, and have 1400 calories. I eat lots of steam veg and fruit as well. I have not given in to temptation at all and am really putting my all into loosing weight. I feel like I am doing so so much and seeing little or no results! Can anyone help as I thought doing this much the weight would just drop off. Ideally I would like to get down to 9 stone 7lbs. Please any advice would be much appreciated.
