hi im 5ft tall 20 years old and weigh 8stone 3lbs i want to lose excess weight off my stomach area!So that my abs will be visible could anyone advise me with the right foods to eat and the right excersices that i could do in order for me to achive my goal? thanks.

Try having some private Pilates sessions or doing Gyrotonic bodywork. Great for your core. Or try going for a run before breakfast to help kick start your metabolism and, at the same time, reduce saturated fat in your diet, increase fibrous foods. Intensive cycle classes could also help. It'll drop off you fast enough. Good luck

a trainer once told me that the fat around the stomach area never gets exercised and thats why its hard to burn so sit ups are very good to exercise the fat and burn them.
