Help please someone this is my third night dreading going to bed with the night sweats and the irritability I am 42 and have a three year old child who is unwell himself i have decided to go herbal two wks i still feel i am on a short fuse i have tried counting but i dont think when you count to a thousand you are supposed to feel the same,(hah)when you are finnished my teeth feel sore my flashes are anoying i am just haveing a very moany day my life usually revolves around my son help
