In 2001, I was sick for a few months. After that, I had some mild joint pain.
Last summer, the joint pain got worse, and I went back to the doctor. I had usual FM/CFS symptoms, which were bad enough that I went back and started on some medications, but still not severe.
In May, I started having vision problems, some tingling, and fatigue moved up to severe.
In June, I got a ton of weird, new symptoms that appeared very suddenly, and a lot of the symptoms I'd had before got worse very rapidly. Is that a usual thing for CFS, for your health to decline very rapidly? I know a lot of people talk about having flares, but for me, it's been getting progressively worse since last summer, and has gone downhill very fast since June.
