I had acne growing up and found solutions here they are.

1. A good diet, no processed foods.
2. Change you soap, it is causing your breakouts!!!! Go to a health food store and get more natural soaps like zum bar, kiss of face, glycerine soap. Use a clothe w/ soap and scrub your skin.
3. If all else fails get proactive, it works.
