8 weeks ago i went to an erotic massuese i found advertising in the newspaper. She gave me a massage and handjob without a condom.
she used some lube but i couldnt see what it was as it was in a dark room.

i know under normal circumstances there is no real risk of catching hiv from such an incident, however the thing with me is that my penis is slightly deformed at the urethra. It is permanently open, ie: leaks for an hour or so after urination and i can see straight down it during masterbation.
my concerns are that she may have been using a previos clients semen as lube or even had some on her hands. all the lubes ive used in the past leave you sticky or slippery after, i had neither so made me wonder what she actually used.

so basically im worried that perhaps some semen rolled into my urethra during the handjob. since the night i had a test at 1 and 5 weeks both of which came back negative, however ive recently developed the following symptoms,
sore dry throat,
headaches.
general flu like symptoms
burning tingling in feet/legs
patches of ingrown hairs on my legs (never had these before)

can anyone shed any light on the situation and perhaps give me an idea on how conclusive a 5 week test would have been

Your chance of infection was so low, and you've already had two negative tests. To put your mind at rest have another test at 6 weeks, and if that one is again negative you can rest assured you do not have HIV. Possible symptoms of ARS are never a reliable indicator of infection. Good luck!
