Have you seen an autoimmune disorder specialist? If could be an connective tissue condition, especially if its only in the evening from what my Rheumatology doctor has said...

Ask to have Rheumatological tests done...

Actually i would like to inform one more symptom i had from a long time. I am having a lower left back pain from more than 8 months. I have gone through some tests but nothing major revealed. Which tests would you prefer me to go with.

Just routine tests will not reveal your condition; you need to see a Rheumatologist...

You mentioned back pain too and a Rheumatology Orthopedic specialist would be the best bet...

They will give you all kinds of tests that there's too much to mention... Keep posting and people here are very helpful so they can tell you from your blood tests if there is anymore testing to consider....

Make an appointment tell them your symptom and they should give you all the right tests...
