hi everyone
i havent been feeling 100% lately, very bloated, constipated, lethargic, etc.
i dont need to lose weight, but was thinking of detoxing to see if it would help the above symptoms...but dont no how to detox, what to eat, etc
if anyone has any feedback it would be great - im not looking for gimic liquids or tablets...just the natural way
