Hello, again... I cannot believe I am back to this worrying again! I feel very stupid but here it goes.

So.. first encounter was 3 weeks ago (Aug 11). Also, on this day I began to start to feel sick like a cold virus. (before anythign happened) Unprotected with a guy (a friend of a friend's) It was a one time thing. Nothing weird after that happened just a bunch of worries. At night I know I got frozen by driving in a cab at 4 am and windows open. I began to have a cough 3 days later and sinuses 5 days after the "night". I started to feel better until this on coming night...Aug 18...

A week later, (Aug 18) I again had unprotected sex with a guy I met through friends. We dated about 2 months before this night. I felt my cold virus (if that's what it was) come back because the hotel we stayed in was freezing and I slept uncovered. Anyhow, 2 days after this encounter I got a really bad yeast infection and got sick. My cough lasted 2.5 weeks.. and now my throat feels swollen.. mostly on the right side.

My body temperature felt higher than normal but nothing I would call a fever. I also ended up getting my period a week earlier. (Mind you before this I haven't had sex in over a year).

Today I feel like I might be getting sick again. My throat feels like it's choking me. Not sure if because of stress. It's happened twice this year. I also sleep with an open window.

oy! Help! Someone ease my stress!

the first thing i will say is you should be using protection at all times unless your partner has been confirmed neg by TESTING only!
if you did this you would have no worries.
anyway,you cannot diagnose hiv thru symptoms the only sure way is by testing only,so if you have any fears or doubts that should be your coarse of action
