Thought I'd post an update in case it might provide info for newbies:

I had custom wavefront about a month ago. I am 51. I've had a tough time but I am seeing improvement.

I initially had blurriness in left eye, pretty good vision in right. I had halos and starbursts and generally did not feel good about the surgery.

At present, the halos are better but not gone. My intermediate vision is some better but still not where I hope it lands.

I am wearing reading glasses. My left eye fluctuates - some days blurry some days more clear.

I am using Muro 128 drops twice a day along with Soothe and Equate brand of preservative-free drops. Sometimes I use Refresh Gel at night but I don't care for it. My dry eye is getting better!

I am probably about 20/25 with both eyes ( with some blurriness). I'll report back as I improve.

Newbies- don't give up!
