I had an endoscopy this week for what appeared to be a return of my ulcer. All is fine. I have had a burning type pain in my stomach with bowel movements that alter. I can start a movement normal but then it will turn thin. It dosen't happen always but somewhat often. My GP always said I needed more fiber. I have lower abdominal cramps like I would have diahrrea but don't. I also caught something in the Dominican this summer that left me with 2 weeks horrible, painful diarhea. What scare me is that after my Endoscopy, he said he will schedule me (Oct. 8th) for a Colonoscopy and and ultrasound of my liver and gallbladder. I feel nauseaus more often than nopt and have been exhausted to the point that I can't even wake up with my girls in the morning and if I do, I go back to bed for 1 hour and am tired again 2 hours later. I am psychologicaly not so fit at the moment and I know that. My husband died 3 years ago and I have my 3 girls twin 10 year olds and a 14 year old that I am raising 100% alone in a foreign Country. The stomach pain started last April and my blood showed an infection last June that was treated with antibiotics but never, ever knew what it was. Assumed H. Pylori but as I know now today, that wasn't it.
Am I shopwing symptoms of colon cancer or perhaps IBS. I have no visable blood in my stool but do have mucus from time to time.
Thank you all and God bles you with your own personal journey.
